1. General Questions

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 from the date you receive your order. To start a return, please visit our Shipping & Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact info@calmhavendesigns.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free.

What is the material of this product?

The material for each product is listed on the product page, under the "Details" section. If you have further questions about the material, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I care for this product?

Our tapestries are made from high-quality fabric with UV-resistant, fade-free prints. This makes our products very low-maintenance. You only need to ever wash it if something has made it excessively dirty. In that case, we advice to use the hand-washing program on your washing machine.

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.

4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. 

For standard shipping, the expected delivery time is 5-7 days. 

 

For pre-orders, delivery time can vary between 1-6 weeks, depending on where in the ordering process we are in at the time of your order. 

How does pre-orders work?

  •  Week 1 - bulk order from the manufacturer will be ordered
  • After the bulk order arrives at our warehouse (∼ 3 weeks), we will ship out the packages accordingly. 
  • After we have shipped the items from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number. Depending on your location, shipping takes (5-7 days) 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, sometimes we run promotional offers where we give free shipping for a limited time. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
